Just a few years after introducing the R90/6 and 'luxury' Daytona Orange and TT Silver Smoke R90S, BMW upped the capacity of its range-topping flat-twins to 980 cc for the 1977 season in the form of the R100/7 series, the flagship of this new line-up being the fully-faired R100RS.
The type that we offer here comes from a later series that was produced between 1986 and 1992. Characteristic are the cast wheels and mono suspension. This example has very few miles on the odometer and is still in perfect condition.
