In 1931, Phelon & Moore (P&M) revised it's traditional Panther "sloper" as the Models 90 and 95 Redwing. The new models included a new 490cc engine and a three- or four-speed gearbox, and continued in this form, fundamentally unchanged, until the end of the 1930s.
This particular Model 90 has been restored to mint condition. The engine has been thoroughly revised recently. Includes Dutch registration.
